She was the true monarch of the Scarpaci Family...Celeste (Scarpaci) Pennachio passed away peacefully at home on Monday June 29 while surrounded by her family. Her family - in which she adored with all of her heart and more. She was the glue to our family. She will always have a piece of our hearts. May she rest with the angels because she her self is for sure a saint.
